International Grant OpportunitiesEconomicsInternationalICEE works in cooperation with the National Council on Economic Education (NCEE) and its EconomicsInternational program to provide education assistance to teachers in societies in transition to market economies. The goal of EconomicsInternational is to build economic education infrastructure in these societies. This includes building delivery networks that provide professional development, developing high quality curriculum materials, and assisting with developing standards and evaluation. EconomicsInternational currently serves in 21 countries, and has reached over 6.4 million students since 1995. The benefits of the EconomicsInternational programs also flow to educators and their students in the United States, who are exposed to many insights and experiences concerning the global economy and other educational systems. Indiana teachers often have the opportunity to participate in EconomicsInternational
programs, including the Training of Writers program and various
Study Tours. On this page you will find current opportunities to participate
in these programs as they become available. ICEE encourages Indiana teachers
to seriously consider taking part in them. They are a great professional
experience. NCEE Grant Opportunities NCEE Training of Writers Program 2008-09 - Due May 9, 2008 Center Grant Opportunities
