Workshop Description: This workshop is for teachers interested in improving their understanding of economics to fulfill 18 credit hours in graduate level courses to continue to teach the dual credit courses. There are no economics or finance prerequisites for this course.

Benefits to participants include:

• Three hours of graduate level credit in only eight days.
• Strategies and resources for developing creative curriculum units that meet
Indiana’s State Standards. • Instruction provided in a variety of exciting formats, including discussions, group activities, games and simulations.
• Credit hours may be counted in Master’s degree for teachers to be able to offer dual credit Microeconomics courses for school students.
• All study materials will be provided free.

Tuition: $40 (You may be required to pay a $40 application fee if never enrolled at Indiana University.)

Deadline for Registration: June 15th, 2019 (Spaces fill quickly, so act fast.) This class is limited to only 20 teachers. Considering time shortage, we will mail electronic applications.
